Thank you for your question 🙂

I have always enjoyed doing Maths at school so this is what I wanted to do for a long time. It was only during my A levels, where I took Physics, that I started to really enjoy Physics as well as maths (thanks to my amazing Physics teachers!) so I decided to do both Maths and Physics at University 🙂
When I was at Uni, I realised it was actually the Physics that I was enjoying more, but back then I wanted to be a Particle Physicist! It was only during my Masters project, which I did on exoplanets, that I started to love Astronomy and I knew that was what I wanted to do for my career.
I have always loved looking at the stars and the moon in the night sky though 🙂

Basically, don’t worry if you are not sure what you want to do yet, just keep doing what you love and it will all work out!
